How do you know it’s yours?
You will need evidence to show where you believe the boundary should lie. This evidence can be in the form of physical evidence (dealt with on a seperate page) or in documntary evidence (dealt with below).
There are many types of documentary evidence
- Conveyance document and plan
- Land Registry title register and plan
- Planning plans
- Building plans
- Maps. Ordnance Survey maps; Historic maps
- Sellers pack
- Photographs, which can be from many sources. Family photos; historic photos; old newspapers etc.
